If you have the land, then adding an extension, outbuilding and/or garage is one of the easiest ways to add more space. We can help you make the most of your available land (loft rooms and basements can often be incorporated) and can provide any landscaping that may be required.

Loft Conversions

A loft conversion is often cited as an easy way of adding value to a property and the majority of lofts can be converted as long as there is enough head room - the steeply pitched roofs commonly seen on Victorian or 1930's houses are ideal.

Basements & Wine Cellars
